You ONE STOP Real Estate Source...

San Francisco is one of the world's most desirable cities to live in. It is a financial and cultural center not only for the western United States, but for the entire Pacific Rim.

Silicon Valley is the center of the global software, semiconductor, and biotechnology industries.

Sandwiched between the two are the Mid-Peninsula communities of San Carlos, Redwood Shores, Belmont, and Redwood City. These communities offer convenient commutes to both San Francisco and Silicon Valley. They are serviced by both Highway 101 as well as Interstate 280. Most important to the communities is the Cal-Train rail system. The commuter rail system has served as a center point for community growth, with shops, restaurants, theaters, and offices clustered around each station, with each city then built as a walking community spreading from that center.

However, the major highlight for the area is its natural setting. Weather is consistently mild on the Mid-Peninsula. We are close enough to the bay and ocean to avoid the stifling summer heat of San Jose and the East Bay, but unlike San Francisco and other communities nearby, we are sheltered from the marine fog layer by mountains to the west. Being so close to the bay, the ocean, and the mountains, we are virtually surrounded by open space preserves offering hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, bird watching, and horseback riding.
