Wendy L. Parker, Managing Broker/Realtor
	After graduating with dual degrees in Architecture and Structural Engineering, Wendy applied that knowledge to run a successful career in Project Management, ultimately becoming a licensed broker in order to streamline research for development projects. Her management experience and attention to detail enable her to lead our brokerage efforts and provide clients with the relaxed customer experience they deserve.
Eric R. Parker, President
	Eric has managed for many large scale commercial projects totalling over 750,000sf throughout Silicon Valley, as well as other spaces throughout the United States. In addition, he was the founding member for Morrison Homes Atlanta's Architectural Services division where he was responsible for customizations for up to 10 homes per week, as well as design of new home prototypes.
Charles Q. Zhi, Director of Finance
	Charles is an IRS certified tax accountant and owner of Charles & Assoc. accounting firm, which has two other certified public accountants and performs every aspects of accounting and taxation services to diversified businesses. Charles has his B.S. and M.S. degrees in accounting and taxation. With working experiences with public as well as private companies, ranging in size from Fortune 500 to dynamic start-up businesses, he is a veteran in the industry.
Billy Guisto, Associate
	As a graduate of Georgia Tech and the Southern California Institute of Architecture, Billy epitomizes the founding principals of CONima: combining both the theoretic and artistic sides of architecture with the practicality and technical knowledge base to make those ideas realistic, buildable, and most of all inspiring.
Timothy H. Procter, Architect
	Tim has over twenty years in practice as a California registered architect, and as an NCARB certificate holder, he is able to extend CONima's practice area throughout the USA and Canada. Tim's experience in managing projects ranging from new buildings to biopharm laboratories to senior housing allows him to bring a broad perspective to CONima's work.
